Just placed my first order and so far I'm happy with the customer service, I called in during the online processing of my order to ask a few questions and I must say that thus far I'm happy with the level of service received.

I wasn't a real big fan of the hunk 'o metal they sent me since it was a round and I was hoping for a bar, but then I did some research and turns out it is a limited edition proof, so maybe I'll try to see if it's worth more than the melt value to some collector. Either way, I got 5oz of high quality silver at spot price with fast shipping, so I will be ordering from BOLD again!

I added this 10oz Hunk of Metal to my first order of Maple Leaf and American Eagle coins and I am amazed at the weight of this piece of Silver. Thank you for responding to my initial post. After review of your response to my review I realize you are correct and I should have noticed the shipping charge would be applied to my order. As I’m sure you know, when purchasing silver as an investment the price is extremely important and shipping fees avoided would be preferable. With that said, I believe I over reacted and have no intention of canceling my order. In fact, I will likely take advantage of some of your other products and continue to purchase from your company. Personally I was impressed that I received your reply, it is a testament to your company’s professionalism. Thank you.
