Before shipping, keep you bullion in bubble or honeycomb paper wrap. Only use new boxes to secure your bullion and never used or unsafe boxes.
Please ensure that all tubes or monster boxes are securely sealed. When sending bigger bars, it is important to ensure that they are securely wrapped with packaging supplies to prevent any damage during transit.
Package your covered items in a bigger box for delivery. Tape it up tightly with transparent tape. Place the inner box into another larger box to be shipped.
We will provide an UPS label via mail, which is supposed to be attached to the inside box with clear tape. With label, also attach a packaging slip (also provided by BOLD) for better shipping. You are also requested to add an additional copy of the UPS label on the outer box.
When you drop off your goods at UPS, request a receipt. Store it somewhere secure in case you require it eventually. This receipt verifies that the product was dropped off or picked up.
