The Reverse Profile: (Designed by Sean Rogers) features a snake coiled among bamboo shoots and a Chinese character for Snake (SNAKE 2025), Perth Mint "P" mintmark and a micro-engraved security mark that can only be identified under magnification.
The Obverse Profile: On the obverse, you will find the Commonwealth portrait of King Charles III by Dan Thorne, the first ever to appear on an Australian Lunar coin, with the words "CHARLES III · AUSTRALIA · 1 oz 9999 Au · 100 Dollars.
2025: Year of the Wood Snake The Wood Snake year (29 Jan 2025–16 Feb 2026) brings a mix of the Snake's intelligence and self-reliance and the Wood element's creativity and development.
