BOLD Precious Metals wants everyone to be able to buy and sell precious metals with us, including customers who use assistive technology.

What we are working towards. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the standard most commonly applied to retail websites in the United States.

Where we are. We are not claiming full conformance. We are working through the site, and some older pages and some third-party components do not yet meet the standard. We would rather tell you that than claim otherwise.

If something does not work for you, tell us and we will help. Email support@boldpreciousmetals.com or call 1 (866) 454-BOLD (1-866-454-2653). Please tell us the page and what happened, and we will respond and work with you. If any part of our website is not usable for you, call us and we will place your order for you by phone, at the same prices our website shows for the payment method you choose. You then pay online through the payment link on your order, or by paper check or wire. We do not take card payments over the phone.

Third-party content. Some parts of our site rely on services operated by other companies. We do not control their accessibility, but tell us where you hit a problem and we will take it up with them or find you another route.
