In the upper right, there is the inscription "valcambi suisse" which is followed by a marking of the weight and purity "50 G fine gold 999.9" and the assayer mark. Each bar has its own unique 8-digit serial number, which is engraved in the lower left corner, for traceability and authentication.
The Reverse Profile (Individual 1g Segment Side)
On the reverse is each of the 50 individual 1 gram pieces individually marked with its weight, purity marking and Valcambi hallmark. Each segment is separately identifiable and independently certified, 1-gram gold is accepted by any dealer/institution that accepts Valcambi's hallmark (which covers almost all major gold dealers worldwide).
