This 5 oz Unity & Liberty Silver Bar features a remarkably fine patriotic design on both obverse and reverse sides. The obverse depicts a rendition of Lady Liberty holding a tall staff with the American flag billowing in the breeze. The banner above the flag displays, "E PLURIBUS UNUM." Lady Liberty also bears a sword, representing the vigilant effort required to defend the United States. The background displays a bold pattern that adds to the overall design quite well. The Cut Saw Mint logo is at the lower right.

The reverse features an image of a rattlesnake coiled around a bundle of reeds. The same background pattern as on the obverse also graces the reverse. Inscriptions include, "5 TROY OUNCES . 999 FINE SILVER."
