The 2023 1 oz Niue Silver Hibernia Coin pays tribute to Hibernia, the ancient female personification of Ireland, in .9999 fine silver from the European Mint and official legal tender of the Government of Niue. The Reverse Profile: Hibernia is poised proudly on the edge of the Irish sea, with flowing robes and a Corinthian helmet, a spear in one hand and the traditional Irish harp in the other, her hair and robes caught in the wind. The background is filled with light and energy, radiating outwards from the upper left corner in a radial pattern, which is a key design element of the 2023 version compared to the 2022 release. Inscribed: "HIBERNIA · 1 oz · .9999 FINE SILVER."
The Obverse Profile: The Public Seal / Coat of Arms of Niue (Outer Ring of Garlands around the inner circle of plants native to Niue Island with a crown on top).
